Students are required to maintain a minimum of 75% attendance in all subjects to be eligible to appear for the final examinations. Failure to meet this requirement may result in disqualification from the examination.
Leave should be applied for in advance through the college portal or a formal written request. In case of illness, a medical certificate is required to be submitted within 2 days of returning to class.
Latecomers will be marked absent for the day if they miss more than 30 minutes of the class, unless prior approval for late entry has been granted by the faculty.
Absence due to official examinations must be reported well in advance. Students should not miss any classes during examination periods unless absolutely necessary.
In cases of emergency or unavoidable circumstances, students should inform the class coordinator or principal as soon as possible, and valid documentation may be required.
If a student's attendance falls below 60%, the student may be barred from appearing in the final exam and may have to repeat the course the following year.
