D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education) admissions in Jharkhand are conducted by the Directorate of Teacher Education (DTE) and Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC), Ranchi. Follow the steps below to apply.
Visit the official JAC website jac.jharkhand.gov.in or the School Education & Literacy Department, Jharkhand portal for the D.El.Ed. admission notification.
Application forms are available online on the official portal or can be obtained offline from the Directorate of Teacher Education, Jharkhand.
Fill in personal details: name, father's/mother's name, date of birth, category, address, Class 12 details, and attach supporting documents.
Attach self-attested copies of: Class 10 & 12 marksheets, Caste/Domicile certificate, Aadhaar Card, and passport-size photographs.
Pay the prescribed application fee via Demand Draft (DD) or as directed in the notification. Fee is generally ₹800 (payable to concerned authority).
Submit the filled form (online/offline) before the last date. For offline: send to Regional Joint Director of Education or concerned DIET.
A merit list is published by the authorities based on Class 12 marks + additional merit points (NCC/Sports). Check the merit list on the official portal.
Selected candidates attend counselling, choose college, and report to RGMTTC with all original documents on the allotted date.
